What is Olympic Lifting?

Olympic Lifting is one of the classes at Bluebonnet Strength & Conditioning. It runs as a group session, with a trainer who plans it, sets the pace and corrects each person's form.

You don't need any experience to start. Every exercise has an easier and a harder version, so people who have trained for years and people on their first day share the same class.

Come in, try one class, decide afterwards. If you like it, it's part of your plan like any other.

Who it is for

Complete beginnerNever done anything like it? You start from the basics.
Already trainingThe trainer turns the difficulty up to match you.
Older adultsIntensity and movements are adapted to each person.

What Olympic Lifting does for you

Someone watching you

A trainer correcting your form is the difference between progress and injury.

You're not alone

A group keeps you coming back in a way training alone rarely does.

At your own pace

The same class works on day one and years in.

Times that fit

Several slots a week, so your calendar isn't the excuse.
